Yes, for any normal use. To keep things fair for everyone, Unlimited data has a fair-use limit of 500GB a month in the UK and 25GB a month in Europe. Almost nobody gets near that. If a SIM goes far beyond it month after month, or is being misused, we may move it to a different plan or restrict it.

Billing starts when your account goes live and your first Direct Debit is collected. You'll always get an itemised VAT invoice, and you can see exactly what each SIM costs in your account.
Your data stops until your next bill date, so you're never charged extra. We'll tell you when you've used 80% and 100% of your data. You can add a bolt-on in your account at any time: 2GB for £2.50 + VAT or 10GB for £5 + VAT. It works straight away and lasts until your next bill date.
Yes. You can move up or down a plan in your account at any time. The change starts from your next bill date.
No. Bolt-ons are for UK data only.
No. Your bill is your plan price, plus Travel Safe days if you use them. Nothing else is ever added. Need more data? Add a bolt-on and pay for it there and then.
Credit is money you add to your account in advance, so buying a data bolt-on takes one tap. It's optional. You can always pay by bank at the time instead. Unused credit is refunded if you leave.
Top up £10, £20, £50 or £100, up to a £100 balance.
The account owner and admins. There's one credit balance for the whole account, and each bolt-on goes to the SIM you choose. Individual SIM users can't top up or buy.
