Text PAC to 65075
From the number you want to keep. Your provider replies with a 9-character PAC code within about a minute. It's valid for 30 days.

Add it at checkout
Drop the PAC into the porting step (or skip and add it later from your account). No date picker — that comes after.

Book your switch day
Once your SIM is active, pick any working day, Monday to Friday, from your account. Your number moves across on that day — usually between 10am and 4pm.
Free and your right
The PAC text costs nothing. Your current network has to send it within a minute, by law.
No service gap
Your old SIM keeps working until switch day. Your Kindly SIM runs on a temporary number from activation, so you're never without a phone.
PAC expired? Just text again
If the 30 days run out, text PAC to 65075 once more. We'll remind you before it lapses.
Leaving Kindly one day
Same in reverse, no hard feelings.
Text PAC to 65075 from your Kindly number for your new provider — or STAC to 75075 to leave without keeping the number. Your plan runs to the end of its current 30-day period. No exit fees, ever.
Want a brand-new number?
Skip the PAC entirely — your Kindly SIM's temporary number becomes your permanent one.
Still in contract with your current provider? Text INFO to 85075 (free) and they'll tell you your contract end date and any early-exit fee — so you know exactly where you stand before you switch.
