We're opening Kindly 1,000 at a time — so we can look after everyone properly. Why we do that

Why Kindly

We'd rather earn your loyalty than contract it.

Mobile pricing has quietly stopped making sense. Long-standing customers pay more. April rises eat the savings. Loyalty is punished. Kindly is the opposite of all of that.

The film

Two minutes on why we built Kindly.

Our founder on price rises, loyalty penalties and the £1 per SIM that goes to good causes every month.

  • One SIM, one priceThe number on your first invoice is the number you keep.
  • The same big networkFull UK coverage — nothing about the signal is budget.
  • £1 a month, givenOut of our margin, every month the SIM is active.

The Fair Price Promise

Three commitments we won't break.

Your price never goes up

No April letter. No RPI bump. No "as agreed in your contract" tricks. The number on your first invoice is the number you keep.

For context: April rises on O2 Direct typically add c. £2.50/mo on Personal, c. £1.50+VAT/mo on small business and RPI percentages on larger business contracts.

Everyone pays the same

No introductory rates that quietly creep. No "loyalty tax". Your neighbour's price is your price — for the same SIM, today and in five years.

30 days keeps us honest

If we get worse, you walk. We work to keep you every month — not lock you in for two years and hope you forget.

The giving model

A network that gives back, automatically.

£1 from every active full-price Kindly SIM goes to good causes, every month — out of our margin, not your bill.

Two neighbours chatting over a garden fence, one holding a phone

Donated by default

No tick-box. No opt-in. Every SIM gives — quietly, automatically.

A woman smiling at her phone on her balcony in the morning sun

Monthly, not one-off

£1 per SIM per month, every month it's active. The opposite of campaign giving.

A community centre coordinator talking her colleagues through a plan

Reported transparently

Pool numbers and recipients published openly. Mock counter on the homepage, real one at launch.
